Simone has over 17 years of experience, primarily in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and regulatory matters. She has represented leading private equity funds and has been involved on several domestic and global marquee transactions. Prior to Anagram Partners, Simone Co-Headed the M&A and Private Equity Practice at Nishith Desai Associates. Through the course of her career, Simone has spoken at domestic and international fora like VCCircle Conferences, Assocham Conferences, CFK Conferences, IFLR Conferences. She has published pieces on matters pertaining to M&A and corporate governance across platforms such as Moneycontrol, India Law Journal, financial newspapers. Simone has been recognized in several global legal directories such as Financial Times RSG and The Chamber & Partners Asia Pacific Guide.
