Keegan has eight years of experience advising private equity funds and corporations in complex corporate and transactional matters including domestic and cross-border M&As, joint ventures, corporate governance and private equity investments. He has experience working across sectors with a focus on sports and media, consumer and retail, financial services, and information technology. Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Keegan worked as a Senior Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai.
