Aashna Kothari Bio

Aashna has more than seven years of experience in advising private equity funds and corporations in complex corporate and transactional matters including domestic and cross-border M&As, restructurings, joint ventures, corporate governance and private equity investments. She has experience working across sectors with a focus on media and sports law, consumer and retail and financial services. Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Aashna was a senior associate at AZB & Partners, Mumbai. Aashna is a film and culinary enthusiast and likes to dance in her free time.
