Alongside strategic support, Ronen is personally involved in the legal work and provides practical advice aimed at results. Ronen specializes in corporate and capital markets law, and has extensive experience advising Israeli and international companies on securities matters in Israel, the United States, Australia, Canada and England. Ronen leads complex mergers and acquisitions processes and represents Israeli and foreign venture capital funds in investments in technology companies in Israel, Europe and Africa. His areas of expertise also include biotechnology and bio-pharma, medical cannabis, venture capital investments, private equity transfers and other areas related to corporate law. In recent years, Ronen has represented numerous Israeli companies in their sale to multinational companies in complex transactions with leading law firms in the United States.
