Simon Root is a partner in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group and a member of the Private Equity Team. Simon focuses his practice primarily on the representation of private equity firms and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their businesses, including strategic and leveraged acquisitions.
