Pietro Giorgetti provides assistance to domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds in corporate law and M&A, with particular focus on extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, purchases and transfers of shareholdings and businesses, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He also provides general advice on both civil and commercial matters, particularly with regard to the drafting, negotiation and execution of shareholders’ agreements, voting syndicates as well as various contracts and commercial agreements. Pietro has also an extensive experience in the renewable energy and sale and distribution of gas sectors. Pietro assists his clients before both the ordinary and the Arbitration Courts, with significant experience in dealing with claims regarding the energy sector and the corporate and commercial law.
