Niccolo Piccone Bio

Niccolo Piccone is an expert in corporate and contract law and participates in the most important extraordinary finance transactions in which the Firm is involved, with specific reference to acquisitions and disposals of share packages and companies, leveraged buy-outs, private equity transactions and joint ventures. He also provides ongoing assistance to Italian and foreign clients on all types of business contract. Lastly, he has developed particular expertise in the property, food & beverage, medical, advertising and communication, and energy sectors, and in all the associated contracts.
