Luca Iaboni Bio

From 1997 to 1999 he worked at Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati in Rome. From 2000 to 2002 he was a foreign associate in the London (UK) office of Latham & Watkins. From 2002 to June 2011, he was a senior lawyer at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo. In July 2011, he co-founded Studio Hilex Avvocati Associati, of which he was a partner until 2023. Since 2024 he has been a partner at Alpeggiani – Avvocati Associati. Luca practices in the areas of joint ventures and other business combinations at national and international level, mergers and acquisitions and extraordinary transactions, as well as hotel-related and real estate transactions. Since few years, Luca is focused on the development of new technologies, dealing with the related legal aspects, with a particular interest in space law and the legal aspects of space-related activities.
