Bio

He worked, between 1991 and 1992, with Professor Alberto Santa Maria and, between 1993 and 1995, with law firm Cera Cappelletti Bianchi, which merged with Erede e Associati in 1995 and, subsequently, became Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in 1999. In 2001 he joined Ashurst as partner of the Milan office. From 2008 to 2011 he was a partner of law firm LCA. He founded Hilex Avvocati Associati in 2011. He joined Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati as Partner in January 2024. He has accrued a significant experience in M&A, private equity, and more generally extraordinary transactions, including equity (IPO, takeover bids, delisting, capital increases) and debt (EMTN’s and other notes’ issues, even of structured nature) transactions, and corporate and contractual joint ventures. He has also accrued a noteworthy experience in international contracts and in corporate law. His mother tongue is English as well as Italian and he is fluent in French.
