Giorgio Alpeggiani is the Firm’s founding partner and focuses primarily on corporate law. He has gained extensive experience in share and corporate acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, acquisition finance and structured finance, mergers, joint ventures, corporate reorganisation and debt restructuring. He is also active in extraordinary transactions in the property sector. Lastly, he provides assistance in corporate and commercial disputes. Giorgio also holds corporate positions in several companies, some of which are listed.
