Eleonora Olivieri Bio

Eleonora Olivieri is the head of the firm’s litigation department. She has extensive and consolidated experience in corporate, bankruptcy, banking and financial litigation, assisting commercial and industrial companies, banks and financial institutions, as well as managers and individuals who have held corporate positions. She also has significant experience in arbitration where, besides acting as counsel, she also acts as arbitrator, on appointment of the parties and of arbitration panels. Eleonora collaborates with the Institute of Commercial Law at the University of Insubria, in the Department of Economics and Business, carrying out scientific activities, holding seminars and publishing articles.
