Rita Eid acts in antitrust disputes (cartels and abuse of dominant position) before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and their controlling jurisdictions. She advises companies in how to structure their practices and commercial agreements to comply with the competition law rules. Rita files notifications of concentrations between undertakings to the Competition Authority and European Commission and coordinates concentration multi-filings before foreign competition authorities. She additionally assists clients opposing planned concentrations at French and European level. She also drafts and negotiates commercial agreements and assists companies in setting up selective, exclusive, franchise and commercial agency distribution networks. Rita further defends her clients in disputes heard by the commercial courts.
