She works on French and cross-border transactions and advises corporate and institutional clients, SMEs, midcaps and private equity funds. Involved alongside her clients as from the earliest stage of their projects, Cécile thus gains a complete picture of the transactions, especially as regards operational, strategic and financial challenges.
