Fabian Beullekens heads the Luxembourg Corporate and M&A practice of Allen & Overy. He has extensive experience in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and equity capital market transactions, with a particular focus on financial institutions, funds / asset management and insurance and reinsurance sectors. He has considerable experience in advising clients on M&A transactions, be it on the buyer or seller side. His involvement includes a hands-on approach regarding the drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation.
