David is our Middle East Head of Corporate and is based in our Dubai office. David specialises in M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), including public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments. He acts for a wide range of clients, including corporates, financial sponsors, investment funds and government entities. David has worked in the London and Dubai offices of Allen & Overy LLP and has been based in Dubai since 2008.
