Christian Eichner advises on complex national and cross-border M&A transactions and core corporate matters (particularly stock corporation law (AktG) and group law – Konzernrecht). He joined Allen & Overy LLP in 2010 as a partner in the Düsseldorf Corporate department. His clients are mainly listed stock corporations and private equity investors. Previously, he was a partner at another well-known international law firm.
