Bio

Simon Clark is a partner in our Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure group based in New York. He specializes in advising private equity funds and other sponsors in their energy and infrastructure investments in the Americas. Prior to joining A&O, Simon was Deputy General Counsel at an international power generation company. In addition to his current focus on infrastructure transactions, Simon has broad cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets experience.
