Matthias Horn regularly represents German and international corporates, financial sponsors and banks on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including auction sales, bilateral transactions, public takeovers and joint ventures. He has a particular focus on private equity transactions and is a member of the German Private Equity group. Matthias also advises on corporate re-organisations as well as on corporate and securities law.
