Karine Kodde specialises in corporate law with a strong focus on private equity. Karine represents a number of private equity investors on a regular basis, such as 3i, PAI, EQT, Advent and NPM. Before becoming a partner at Allen & Overy, she spent one year at Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett in New York. The 2019 edition of Chambers Global ranks Karine in band 1 for Corporate M&A and describes her as follows: “Indisputable star” and “Smart, hard-working and diligent.” The 2018 edition of Chambers Europe ranks Karine as a star individual for private equity and describes her as follows: “Her analytical ability is just exceptional, and not only in a legal sense, she is very commercially incisive as well.”
