Jean Ye has significant experience representing leading corporate clients, private equity and investment funds and financial institutions in respect of investment platforms formation, equity financings, M&As, disposals, co-investment transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Her practice covers a wide range of industries with a particular focus on the real estate sector. Jean has worked in Allen & Overy's Shanghai office since 2007.
