Jaroslaw Iwanicki leads the Warsaw corporate practice and is head of Allen & Overy’s Baltic Desk. Jaroslaw specialises in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, with particular emphasis on the financial institutions sector. He also has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital transactions.
