Jacques Graas advises on a wide range of cross-border public and private M&A and corporate transactions, including equity capital markets related work, across all sectors, with a specific focus on financial institutions, asset management, private equity and real estate. Over the last years, he has advised on some of the most visible FIG M&A transactions in Luxembourg. Jacques also regularly advises actors from the public sector in Luxembourg. He heads our local FIG/Banking working group and is an active member of our local Real Estate taskforce.
