Hartmut Krause has more than 20 years’ experience in public and private M&A, corporate and capital markets law and a strong track record in various industries. Admitted to practise as German Rechtsanwalt, Civil Law Notary and New York Attorney-at-law, he advises on public tender offers, corporate acquisitions and disposals, auction sales, LBOs/MBOs, public-to-private transactions, post-takeover integration, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, boardroom and other strategic matters. The bulk of his work is cross-border in nature and involves the co-ordination of multi-jurisdictional teams.
