Giovanni Gazzaniga has 30 years' experience in M&A – both domestic and cross-border – assisting primary Italian and foreign operators in a variety of deals, including private equity transactions, public takeovers, mergers and spin-offs, as well as joint ventures. His broad experience spans various industry sectors, including financial services, energy, transport, telecoms, food, industrial and the fashion industry. Giovanni was ranked amongst the best 50 Italian lawyers by Legalcommunity in 2016.
