Sharmini’s areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), local joint ventures and regional joint ventures, schemes of reconstruction and amalgamation, corporate administration and general corporate advice to companies across a spectrum of industries including the following industries: information and publishing, consumer products, water treatment, plastics additives, credit information and credit bureau, pharmaceutical, insurance broking and tools, hardware and security products. She also advises on general commercial contracts and employment law matters.
