Bio

Lauren’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions (for both public and private companies), corporate restructuring, domestic and cross-border joint ventures and private equity deals. Lauren also advises on general corporate and commercial law. Lauren graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005 with an LLB (Hons) degree. She joined Allen & Gledhill in 2008.
