Mary Mandeville has been a Member of Alexander Ricks PLLC since she joined the firm in 2011. Mary has practiced law in Charlotte for thirty years, handling complex commercial litigation matters in North Carolina state, federal, and business courts, including jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. Mary’s practice includes contract disputes, partnership and LLC disputes, covenants not to compete, trade secret disputes, financial services litigation, fiduciary litigation, and matters seeking injunctive relief. Prior to joining Alexander Ricks , Mary was a litigation partner with Mayer Brown LLP in Charlotte.
