Monique Verkuilen is a partner and civil-law notary at AKD who specialises in corporate law. Monique's work involves the reorganisation and restructuring of legal entities. These include, for example, (cross-border) mergers and transformations, divisions, acquisitions and other share transactions. Monique advises national and international clients from a variety of sectors and is part of AKD's Turkey Team. Her clients include, for example, foreign multinationals with participations in the Netherlands, one of the Dutch big four firms and an SE in the field of sustainable energy.
