Ludo Luijks Bio

Ludo Luijks is a partner at AKD and specialises in domestic and international tax law, with a focus on the tax aspects of cross-border transactions. His practice is strongly transaction-driven, focusing on corporate joint ventures, M&A, real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and investment funds. He also advises institutional investors on the tax aspects of investment structures. Ludo is an active member and secretary of the International Tax Affairs Section of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
