His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions. He advises a variety of clients, from small-business/owner-operator entrepreneurs to large private equity firms, on a broad range of business law matters, including corporate governance, shareholder agreements and general commercial transactions.
