He practises in the areas of corporate, banking and commercial law with an emphasis on venture capital (venture debt and private equity), mergers and acquisitions, syndicated loans, senior and subordinated/mezzanine financings, secured lending, asset and share sale transactions, shareholder arrangements, securities and cross-border transactions.
