Liam Tracey-Raymont is a driven and forward-thinking corporate lawyer, with a passion for helping public and private companies and investors achieve their growth objectives. He endeavors to look beyond the immediate focus of a transaction in order to provide clients with advice from a broad perspective. Liam is a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial activities. He has been involved in a variety of transactions and often advises on matters, such as company formation, shareholder agreements, private placements, disclosure and capital markets regulation. Liam joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling with the firm.
