Whether managing complex corporate transactions or ongoing corporate and securities matters, Amy Marcen-Gaudaur primary focus is on her clients’ priorities and business objectives. She delivers strategic insight and practical, business-minded solutions, keeping an eye on the big picture and drawing from previous business experience. Amy is a member of the firm's Capital Markets, Corporate/Commercial, Venture Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Groups. Her practice focuses on securities and continuous disclosure, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, going-public transactions, including reverse takeovers and initial public offerings, and ongoing corporate and commercial matters. Amy advises clients ranging from small start-ups to large public companies, including those listed on the TSX, and has experience in a variety of sectors, including the REIT, cannabis, technology, psychedelics and mining sectors. Amy joined Aird & Berlis after summering and articling with the firm and is a member of the firm’s Student Recruitment Committee.
