Karine Violeau specializes in Private Equity (LBO, venture capital), mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. She has significant experience of small and mid cap LBO transactions. She advises buyers (particularly investment funds) and sellers and also handles the target companies’ corporate housekeeping. She also advises on M&A transactions, with an emphasis on companies under LBO (transaction structuring, negotiation and drafting of investment documents, negotiation of financing documents). Karine began her career with Richards Butler (now Reed Smith), then joined Intuity and Dentons (formerly Salans) in 2011, before co-founding Agilys Avocats. Karine holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business and tax law from the University of Paris XII.
