Baptiste Bellone Bio

Baptiste Bellone specializes in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law. Baptiste has significant experience of small, mid and large-cap LBO transactions and advisers buyers, sellers (upon exit) as well as managers (structuring of management packages). He also advises on corporate M&A transactions (transaction structuring, negotiation and drafting of agreements, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law). Baptiste began his career with Squire Patton Boggs (formerly Hammonds Hausmann), then joined Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés and Dentons (formerly Salans) in 2010, before co-founding Agilys Avocats. Baptiste holds a Masters in banking and financial engineering (ESC Toulouse) and a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in business law (Université Rennes 1).
