Wibeke Sorling specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law and capital markets. Before she commenced her work as a lawyer she worked as a general counsel with a company listed at NASDAQ Stockholm. During the years she has assisted and advised companies within engineering, biotech, and sales- and manufacturing industries.
