Sofie is qualified in both Sweden and England & Wales and has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law issues, including 10 years in London. She advises Swedish and international clients in a wide range of industries on complex cross-border transactions and foreign direct investment (FDI) reviews.
