Peter Sundgren has considerable experience of private M&A and corporate law issues in relation to private M&A transactions, and has represented both financial and industrial actors as well as governmental bodies. Peter is specialized on energy and infrastructure transactions and other issues related to these areas, with extensive experience within e.g. wind power and electricity distribution.
