Olof Jisland has provided legal advice to companies and their owners over a period of more then 30 years. He has a wide field of expertise focusing on company law, M&A, real estate, IP and marketing law as well as family business law. Olof has also many engagements within the area of so called private enforcement in relation to cartel matters. Olof was a member of Vinge’s management for approximately 10 years.
