Johan has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, PE- and VC-backed transactions, majority and minority investments, fund raising, joint ventures, and corporate matters. He serves as an advisor to financial and industrial clients as well as entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology and life sciences.
