Jesper Schonbeck Bio

Jesper Schonbeck is a partner and Head of Vinge Capital Markets and Public M&A in Stockholm. Jesper specialises in Capital Markets, M&A, General Corporate matters and Corporate Governance. He has many years’ experience from both public and private M&A, IPOs, debt and equity offerings and other capital markets transactions, as well as advising listed companies, their owners and subsidiaries in all types of capital markets and general corporate matters, as well as strategic considerations, board and management work and incentive programmes. Jesper is also a member of Vinge’s sector groups Real Estate, Community Development and Infrastructure, IT/Technology and Forestry & Mining and is also very much involved in Vinge’s innovation work.
