Erik Sjoman Bio

Erik Sjoman specialises in company law, corporate governance, capital markets law and public M&A. He has several years’ of experience from takeover bids, equity offerings and other capital markets transactions and from advising listed companies and their owners in all types of capital markets and corporate law issues. Erik Sjöman is ranked in the field of capital markets law by leading ranking institutes, such as Chambers, IFLR1000 and Legal 500. He has been closely involved for many years in the overhauls of the Swedish Takeover Code. He was a member of the Nasdaq Stockholm Listing Committee for six years and is now a member of the Disciplinary Committee. He is a member of the Swedish Takeover Panel and Special Adviser to the Panel Executive.
