Erik Gabrielson has extensive experience in corporate law and cross border M&A and has advised clients in a large number of major transactions in Sweden. His expertise also includes private equity-sponsored leverage buy-outs and strategic acquisitions as well as divestments in a broad spectrum of industries. He has represented a broad range of domestic and international companies and is on the board of directors of numerous companies, both private and public.
