Emelie Svensater Jerntorp specializes in data protection. She has in particular been lead counsel on several large scale projects relating to personal data compliance following the implementation of the GDPR for some of Sweden’s most demanding and complicated clients in this regard. The advice focuses on all aspects of data protection issues, including representing the client in relation to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, assistance regarding data breaches, drafting documentation, allocation of data responsibilities, mapping of processing activities and cookie compliance. She has on several occasions been advising on data protection issues in connection with transactions relating to acquisition and financing of consumer debt.
