Anna Jonsson Bio

Anna Jonsson leads the Corporate Commercial Group in Malmo, advising clients at all stages of the supply-chain on a wide range of commercial contracts and operational issues. She also has extensive experience in M&A, both as an external advisor and an in-house counsel, managing complex transactions and integration processes. She has a focus in the food and consumer retail industry, having served as general counsel and HR director for the Swedish dairy group Skånemejerier, which was acquired by French Lactalis. During her practice, Anna took the responsibility for legal matters including corporate commercial and operational agreements within Northern Europe. Anna is praised by clients for her proactive and business-oriented approach, as well as her in-depth knowledge of food regulations. Anna also teaches at the University of Lund.
