Mikael Smedeby has more than 20 years’ experience, primarily in merger & acquisitions and capital markets and as advisor to boards and management teams. Mikael is a member of Lindahl’s group for Corporate finance. Mikael has a vast experience as a board member in public listed companies and financial institutions. During 2010-2019, Mikael has held several leading positions in Lindahl such as for example CEO, chairman of the board and managing partner, Uppsala.
