Johan Herrstrom clients range from small start-ups to major international corporations, primarily in the telecom, IT and life-science/food tech sectors. He advises on public and private M&A, corporate law and corporate commercial issues relating to the said sectors. A majority of Johan's work has an international dimension. He is a member of the IT/Tech and Corporate Finance groups. Johan is managing partner at the Malmö office.
