Jan Berg Bio

Jan Berg is a member of the firm’s real estate and M&A groups and has extensive experience of all aspects of private M&A and commercial real estate matters, including transactions, development projects, fund formations, joint ventures and lettings. Jan has an LL.M. from Stockholm University and an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.
