Henrik Nobel is a Partner at Lindahl since 2020 and is heading Lindahl’s private M&A and Private Equity group in Stockholm. Henrik’s practice focuses primarily on all types of M&A transactions with an emphasis on the private equity and venture capital industry. Henrik has acted for clients in a number of different sectors with a special focus on digital business. Additionally, Henrik has extensive experience of real estate transactions (both sell and buy side).
