Stefan Lindh specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions including transactions involving real estate portfolios, real estate companies and real properties. He has more than 20 years’ experience of transactional work and has advised several domestic and foreign parties in a wide range of acquisitions, divestures and joint ventures.
